Your Above & Beyond Relocation Counselor, real estate agent, mortgage advisor and escrow officer communicate with you and one another. Together they ensure the process flows as smoothly as possible for you.

At Above & Beyond, we make a thoughtful match with an experienced Real Estate Professional from our team (multiple realty companies and communities represented). Each remains abreast of changes and challenges in the housing market and works closely with the mortgage advisors on our team on the home buyer’s behalf. Your Relocation Counselor monitors this match to ensure it is a comfortable one for all.

SCHOOL INFORMATION

On behalf of candidates/new hires, we do the research so as to have the most current information about public, private and charter schools in the area.

RESOURCES FOR CHILDREN

Realizing the importance of a comfort level and familiarity for children in a new community, we share materials in response to questions regarding kids’ activities, childcare, pre-schools, youth sports, library locations, museums, etc.

SPOUSE/PARTNER CAREER ASSISTANCE

A service reserved for those matched with an Above & Beyond Real Estate Professional, resources are provided by ABRS to assist your spouse or partner in an employment search.

RENTAL RESOURCES

We understand most renters see leasing as a stepping stone to realizing a home purchase, so we assist in this process. Our services support your rental search.
