Above & Beyond is paid for our time and efforts only when one buys or sells a house with the assistance of one of our Realtors®. During one’s interview visit, these Real Estate Professionals are “area ambassadors.”

- Be here for you to coordinate what you need, when you need it.
- Thoughtfully match you with a vetted and experienced Real Estate Professional from the Above & Beyond team for an education of our housing market and buyer representation. With the good health and safety of everyone involved in mind, options will be provided for time spent with an experienced real estate professional – whether a well-prepared real estate community tour in two vehicles or a virtual area education.
- Important to Note: A Buyer Representation Agreement will be presented and explained by your Matched Real Estate Professional before viewing a home. This document has recently become mandatory, nationally, for consumers working with Realtors® to view properties both in-person and virtually. It will be for a mutually agreed-to timeframe… hours, days or longer term, decided by the individual(s). As one of our Real Estate Pros conveys: It’s similar to initially spending time with a puppy to determine whether you really do want to commit. No pressure; just signing for the time of the real estate community tour — unless/until the individual prefers more.
- Provide you with area information of all kinds, including school and neighborhood resources. What would you like to know?

- If you would like to rent before purchasing, we provide Phoenix and Tucson information needed to self-navigate our rental market.
